Salt Lake County District Attorney Sim Gill joins Rod to discuss the strange case of Jack Harry Stiles, who has been charged with making a threat of terrorism after threatening to "kill as many people as possible" at the City Creek Center and Sugar House movie theater; Salt Lake County Councilman Charlie Luke has proposed new restrictions on horse drawn carriages in downtown Salt Lake City, as well as a dedicated route that essentially takes them out of the heart of downtown. He'll join Rod to discuss the proposal; Top Republicans in the U.S. Senate, including Orrin Hatch, have rejected Utah Senator Mike Lee's plan to de-fund Obamacare. Lee joined Sean Hannity today to discuss the snub; Thomas Rust, a member of the Utah GOP Central Committee joins Rod to give his take on the party's caucus system; Representative Diedre Henderson is sponsoring a bill that will allow county conventions to be held later in the year, but is it a temporary fix to a bigger problem?
