After a second member of the Wagner family pled guilty last Friday to several charged related to the deaths of eight members of the Rhoden family in 2016, Monday saw another member of the Wagner family appear in court in Pike County. George Wagner the fourth, accused in the fatal shootings appeared for a brief pre-trial hearing. He has pleaded not guilty to 22 counts, including eight counts of aggravated murder. His mother, Angela Wagner, pleaded guilty to several charges in Pike County common pleas court on Friday afternoon. George Wagner the third is expected to appear in court later this week.
