A teenager has been injured after a shooting took place Wednesday morning. Around 11 a.m. police officers received a report of a shooting at a condominium in Sandy. When they arrived they found a 16-year-old boy who had been standing outside the condos when a bullet went through his hand and into his leg. He was taken to a nearby hospital in stable condition.
The shooting is under investigation and police say they do not believe there is any threat to the public, but as of now no further information has been released.
