Debate Heats Up Over Utah's Blood Alcohol Limit

The American Beverage Institute, a restaurant trade association, is charging that a proposal to lower the blood alcohol content (BAC) in Utah from .08 to .05 will not address real safety concerns. The head of the group Sarah Longwell tells Rod Arquette the proposal from Rep. Norm Thurston is being done to raise Rep.  Thurston's profile. Rod wants to know if you think it's a good move for Utah.
